{Scrappy Goodness} Smile Mini Album

Hello, Today I wanted to share a simple mini album wallet that I created using my kit from FotoBella  this month,  Simple Stories So Fancy Line.

I watched a couple of different wallet ideas on You Tube and decided I wanted to adjust them to fit my needs.  I wanted to use 3x4 pictures and use the majority of the Sn@p Cards or the cut apart sheets.  I watched this video and this video.

My mini album is 4x6 when all folded up.  I used 6- 3x4 photos but you could so many more!  If you put a photo in every possible location you could have a least 12-3x4 pictures and 2 or 3 4x6 photos.  You will be able to see as we go through where you could easily add more photos.

Front cover all closed up:

I created a little pocket for tags.  You could skip that and add a smaller 3x4 photo here.

When open this is 6x12.  The middle section are the accordion folds that hold my pictures

The bottom portion flipped up.  I didn't add anything to the top but again you could add another picture here.  I decided to add tags at the bottom but you could skip that and add more photos if you wanted.

Left Front of the accordion fold part.  You could add another photo there.

The center section

These are the back sides of the accordion fold out part.  You could easily add up to four more photos here.

The back side all folded up.

Below is the front and back completely unfolded.

Hope you enjoyed this little project!  They are really easy and fun to make.

{Scrappy Goodness} Altered Crown

Today I want to share with you an altered item I created using Simple Stories So Fancy Line.

It is this crown shaped wall hanging for my daughter's room.  I picked up the paper mache shape at my local craft store.  It only took my about 30 minutes to complete.  It came together really quick.  I first painted the edges pink and used the polka dot paper to cover the top.  I added glitter to the edge.  It helps cover up some of the imperfections in my cutting. Then I started embellishing until I was happy with it.  I loved that Sn@p Card saying so I knew I wanted to use it somehow.  I'm really happy with how it turned out.

{Scrappy Goodness} All Girl

I'm here to share another layout I did using the  Simple Stories So Fancy Line.  I am continuing my love affair with my kit from FotoBella this month,

This is a layout I did of my oldest.  A couple of weekends ago we went to the track to hang out.  The kids rode their scooters, John and I walked and I of course decided to take some pictures.  My oldest turned around an posed for me. This picture actually makes me a little sad.  She is growing up so fast. But, I am so proud of the person she is becoming!

This line reminded me of my love for doilies.  I haven't used any in a little while and this paper lined just screamed us them to me.

{Scrappy Goodness} FabYouLous

I know I already said this but I LOVE the  Simple Stories So Fancy Line.  I have been a crafting machine with it.    I know you haven't seen all of my projects yet using the kit I received from  FotoBella this month, h.owever I created 5 layouts, 2 tags, 1 altered item and a mini book with it.  I still have plenty to create a couple of project life layouts as well.

In case you haven't noticed, (winking and smiling) I use a lot of 3x4 photos.  I love that size for so many reasons.  One, it let's me get more photos on my page when I want. Two, I can print two pictures to a sheet using my Selphy and which saves me paper and money. :)

I took these pictures of my youngest while I was trying to entertain her during my oldest daughter's horse lesson.  Sometimes if I pull the camera out and make them pose and be silly for me it will give me a couple more minutes of good behavior while we wait.  Anything to keep them entertained, right?

{Scrappy Goodness} Happy Love

I'm here to share with you one of the five layouts I have created this month using the Simple Stories So Fancy Line.  I wasn't kidding when I told you I had been crafting like crazy with this line.

I just loved those chipboard frames.  They are fun to use.  I did this layout of a couple pictures of my husband and I.  I don't do a lot of layouts of us for whatever reason.  But, I love these two pictures of us.  Super simple layout and using at least one of every variety of everything that came in my kit.

{Scrappy Goodness} Dream Big

Happy Day!  I'm here to share another layout I did using the Simple Stories So Fancy Line.

There are so many great cut a parts and stickers for this line.  It is so hard to decide what to use.  My favorite thing in this line is the self adhesive brads.  I love that I don't have to punch a hole and line something up perfectly, but I still get the same look of a brad.  Win, win in my book.

Love this picture of my youngest.  I can't believe that I hadn't scraped it yet.

{Scrappy Goodness} Besties

I was so excited when the Simple Stories So Fancy Line showed up on my doorstep.  I had been eyeing it from time it was revealed. I knew I was going to have fun with my DT items for FotoBella this month.

This is an older picture of my daughter and her two best friends.  They are super silly together and now our families have all become friends.  We have so much fun when we all get together.

This paper doesn't really require a lot of extra embellishments.  It has so much going that it makes it easy to use.  I'm not normally a big gold fan, but I love the gold touches in this line.
